Poznat kao “The Dr.” jer je svoju veštinu doveo do perfekcije, Roosevelt Collier stiže u Beograd sa svojim autorskim projektom na kome svira pedal steel gitaru i albumom Exit 16 koji je producirao niko drugi nego Michael League, osnivaš Snarky Puppy-a. Njegova muzika je mešavina bluza, gospela i roka, a on je opisuje kao “dirty funk swampy grime”.
